Session Info

What to expect:
Sessions take place at your home or another outdoor location like a local park.  We will work together to find the best light no matter where we are.  We will have fun capturing memorable candid shots and making sure we get those ever timeless classic photographs.  If you happen to need help with your wardrobe, please ask!  I'm always happy to help, when in doubt go for COLOR, layers, and accessories!

Maternity, Kids, Families & Engagements, ect.:
I can customize any kind of session for you.  I have a very relaxed style and tend to be a little nontraditional.  However, I do always make sure to include some traditional poses.  I also tend to be very silly - this is me making sure we are seeing those real smiles during your session, which make the best portraits.  You will not find me asking anyone to "smile & say cheese".  I will play games and interact with the kiddo's to obtain those beautiful smiles or innocent stares.  If this sounds like the kind of session you want to have, then I am sure we can have a great time together!

Newborns:
Interested in a newborn session?  I'm interested in you!  Please contact me and we will work together to plan a special session just for you.  Special discounts on top of my portfolio building discounts will apply as I am just beginning to offer this option!  Please keep in mind, for the best newborn photos you should schedule your session for when your new bundle of joy is 2 weeks old or younger.  This is so the baby is still sleepy and it allows me to capture those super cute and sweet curled up shots!  Plan for a long session as we will take lots of breaks and allow plenty of time for snuggles, diaper changes, bottles & whatever else happens.  Don't forget, Mom, Dad & any siblings are more than welcome to join in the session too for some special "first" shots.
